About the Company

Dance To EvOLvE is a mobile dance company providing high-quality classes in recreation centers, schools, and other venues throughout the Chicago area. Our mission is to foster growth and evolution in both our students and our teachers.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging dance classes in Creative Movement, Tap, Ballet, or Hip Hop
• Manage classroom environments for children and young teens aged 14 months to 12 years
• Implement creative curriculum while maintaining professional standards
• Take ownership of class organization and student engagement

Requirements

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Must have reliable transportation to various locations around Chicago
• Excellent class management skills
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting
• Passion for working with children and young teens
• Professional, reliable, and communicative demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous dance teaching experience
• Experience in specific styles such as Tap, Ballet, or Hip Hop
