Kids Club Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Kids Club facility and ensure a safe, secure environment for children ages 1-12
• Supervise children's activities and enforce safety protocols
• Hire, train, and schedule Kids Club staff while monitoring child-to-staff ratios
• Manage reservations, child agreements, and parent communication
• Implement emergency procedures, evacuation plans, and first aid protocols
• Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure licensing compliance
• Develop age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the gym
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians
• Support front desk and gym operations when no children are present

Requirements

• 1-2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming
• Knowledge of child development, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Must successfully pass background check
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs
• NV requirements: FBI fingerprints, negative TB test, and First Aid within 30 days
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
