Kids Club Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of childcare professionals
• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and programs
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and child protection protocols
• Manage the Kids Club budget and supply purchasing
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and children
• Collaborate with other departments for family-friendly promotions
• Conduct regular staff training sessions
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or Recreation Management preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in childcare or recreation
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
