Kids Club Attendant

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in a variety of fun, age-appropriate activities and games
• Plan, organize, and lead creative, educational, and recreational programs including arts & crafts and themed events
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by monitoring the behavior and well-being of all guests
• Foster positive interactions to create an enjoyable and memorable experience for young guests
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding activities and concerns
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of playrooms, game zones, and recreational spaces
• Follow all safety and emergency protocols, including monitoring pool and outdoor areas
• Assist with organizing special events or themed parties for children and teens
• Provide excellent customer service consistent with luxury hospitality standards

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children in a recreational, childcare, or hospitality setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage both children and parents
• Energetic, creative, and passionate personality
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong commitment to safety
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
