Kids Club Agent

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities for children
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and supervision of all Kids Club participants
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and engaging play environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding activities and safety
• Support hotel events involving families and children, including seasonal programs
• Monitor equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in childcare, recreation, or hospitality Kids Club roles
• Energetic, friendly, and patient personality with a passion for working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to remain calm, responsible, and proactive in busy environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in childcare or first aid
