Kidney Territory Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with nephrologists and related Health Care Professionals (HCPs)
• Serve as a territory account manager for specialty kidney clinics
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to improve patient lives in the kidney disease market
• Communicate deep disease and product knowledge to educate HCPs on clinical attributes and patient unmet needs
• Navigate territory and market dynamics, including stakeholder mapping, referral networks, and payer landscapes
• Collaborate across functional areas to achieve common goals and address market challenges
• Adhere to all relevant regulatory, compliance guidelines, and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of pharmaceutical field sales experience
• Experience in kidney/renal, rare disease, or similar biotech/specialty markets
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight travel
• Ability to live and work within the assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with product launches
• Proficiency with Veeva CRM and other business-supporting IT capabilities
• Documented history of sales success, such as rankings or awards
