Kidney Territory Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with nephrologists and Health Care Professionals (HCPs)
• Develop and execute strategic business plans for specialty kidney clinics within the assigned territory
• Communicate deep disease state and product clinical knowledge to educate healthcare providers
• Manage territory dynamics, including stakeholder mapping, referral networks, and market access
• Collaborate across functional areas to achieve regional and national performance goals
• Adhere to all regulatory, compliance guidelines, and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of pharmaceutical field sales experience
• Experience in kidney/renal, rare disease, or similar biotech/specialty markets
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight travel
• Ability to live and work within the North and South Dakota territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with successful product launches
• Proficiency with Veeva CRM and other business-supporting IT capabilities
