About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide nurturing and safe care for children ages 6 months to 12 years in a drop-in babysitting environment
- Engage children in a wide variety of fun, educational, and stimulating activities
- Maintain a safe and supervised environment for all youth participants
- Act as a positive role model by demonstrating core values
Requirements
- A strong passion for working with children
- Experience supervising children of varying ages
- Ability to role model the Y core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility
