Kid Express Tech

Responsibilities

• Support nurses, nurse practitioners, and physicians in delivering high-quality pediatric patient care
• Adapt care delivery to the specific developmental levels of each pediatric patient
• Document patient information accurately within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and privacy standards in accordance with hospital policy
• Comply with safety management policies to maintain a hazard-free environment and reduce injury risks
• Act as a change agent by adapting to census fluctuations and evolving customer needs
• Promote a patient and family-centered experience through compassionate interaction

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience as a PCA, STNA, or Medical Assistant
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience documenting in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (strongly preferred to work to the full scope of practice)
