Kfz-Mechatroniker

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspection, and repair work on vehicles and process workshop orders
• Execute fault diagnostics for vehicle technical problems and conduct functional analyses of mechanical and electrical/electronic components
• Install electrical and mechanical components, including brakes, axles, and auxiliary heating systems
• Diagnose and resolve errors and malfunctions in vehicle systems
• Install retrofit systems for special vehicles, such as fire departments or plant security
• Conduct UVV inspections on motor vehicles in accordance with DGUV regulation 70
• Document the technical condition of vehicles and maintain vehicle inspection logs

Requirements

• Completed training as a Kfz-Mechatroniker or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Up-to-date and profound knowledge of vehicle technology and diagnostic tools
• Proficiency in mechanics, electronics, and vehicle informatics, with a strong affinity for digital diagnostic technology
• Valid Class B driver's license (Class BE or C1 is desirable)
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented approach with a conscientious and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and a friendly manner when interacting with customers
