Keyholder

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to help customers find their perfect denim fit
• Maximize sales through proactive customer engagement and product knowledge
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
• Act as 3IC, stepping up to lead the team when the Store Manager or Assistant Managers are unavailable
• Manage store opening and closing procedures as a keyholder

Requirements

• Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
• Strong understanding of denim shapes, fits, and styles
• Experience with store opening and closing responsibilities
• Ability to work 30 hours per week in a full-time capacity
