Keyholder

Responsibilities

• Lead and model exceptional service and selling on the sales floor through coaching and guiding team members
• Drive personal and team sales results by delivering the Rothy's Experience and engaging in clienteling
• Act as Manager on Duty to ensure daily operations, visual merchandising, and service standards are met

Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Must be 18 years of age or older
