About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and model exceptional service and selling on the sales floor
- Drive personal and team sales results through coaching and team selling
- Create lasting customer relationships through strong clienteling practices
- Assist with the execution of in-store events and community activations
- Support onboarding and training by reinforcing store standards and product knowledge
- Act as Manager on Duty to ensure daily operations and visual merchandising standards are met
- Own assigned areas of responsibility within the Division of Responsibility program
Requirements
- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, ideally with leadership responsibility
- Proven ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service
- Experience with operational tasks such as merchandising, shipment, or stockroom leadership
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work at least 16 hours per week including peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays)
- Ability to follow dress code, including wearing Rothy's shoes during every shift
