Rothy’s is a sustainable brand that transforms single-use plastic bottles and ocean-bound marine plastic into signature thread for wardrobe staples. We combine 3D knitting technology and handcrafted assembly to create machine washable styles, striving for zero waste and a sustainable future.
Responsibilities
- Act as Manager on Duty when ASM and SM are not present
- Learn all operational procedures and assist with customer-related inquiries
- Oversee opening and closing procedures for the store
- Communicate Rothy’s brand story, values, and mission to customers
- Support store leadership in communicating updates to Retail Associates
- Maintain cleanliness of the entry area, display area, and floor
- Supervise vendors for cleaning, fixtures, or store updates
- Share expert brand and product knowledge with customers
- Serve as a point person for store associate questions
Requirements
- 2+ years of Retail, Hospitality, or customer-oriented experience
- Availability to work full time, 5 days a week including Fridays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to work on feet up to 8 hours a day
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be 18 years of age or older
