Responsibilities

• Lead and model exceptional service and selling on the sales floor
• Drive personal and team sales results through coaching and team selling
• Create lasting customer relationships through strong clienteling practices
• Assist with the execution of in-store events and community activations
• Support onboarding and training by reinforcing store standards and product knowledge
• Act as Manager on Duty to ensure daily operations and visual merchandising standards are met
• Own assigned areas of responsibility within the Division of Responsibility program

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Proven ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service
• Experience with operational tasks such as merchandising, shipment, or stockroom leadership
• Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift
• Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 25 lbs
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week including peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays)
