Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience to build relationships and loyalty
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the cash desk
• Use product knowledge and promotions to drive add-on sales
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards on the sales floor
• Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
• Offer styling advice and contribute to an inclusive environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• Experience with opening/closing responsibilities preferred
• Strong customer service and multitasking skills
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends
• Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• High school diploma
