About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales floor operations and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Coach and provide feedback to the store team as manager on duty
  • Drive store KPIs and communicate performance standards to the team
  • Manage store operations including timekeeping, inventory, and POS troubleshooting
  • Execute visual merchandising strategies and maintain floor presentation
  • Resolve customer concerns and build loyalty through CRM and omni-channel solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with sales floor leadership
  • Ability to work full-time (30-40 hours per week) including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active on feet for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in home interiors
  • Retail visual merchandising and display experience
  • Experience with Shopify, Netsuite, Looker, Zipline, RetailNext, Deputy, or Asana
