About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead sales floor operations and ensure a positive customer experience
- Coach and provide feedback to the store team as manager on duty
- Drive store KPIs and communicate performance standards to the team
- Manage store operations including timekeeping, inventory, and POS troubleshooting
- Execute visual merchandising strategies and maintain floor presentation
- Resolve customer concerns and build loyalty through CRM and omni-channel solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with sales floor leadership
- Ability to work full-time (30-40 hours per week) including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active on feet for long periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home interiors
- Retail visual merchandising and display experience
- Experience with Shopify, Netsuite, Looker, Zipline, RetailNext, Deputy, or Asana
