Keyholder

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
• Lead by example to model behaviors required for providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Coach and mentor the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Perform essential start and end of day cash reconciliation
• Take responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis

Requirements

• Proven retail experience
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Experience with cash handling and reconciliation is highly desirable
• Previous supervisory or coaching experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the cosmetics or prestige beauty industry
• Previous experience in retail operations, including store opening and closing procedures
