About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service through teamwork and living brand values
- Support the Store Management team with daily tasks and store duties
- Motivate, support, and encourage the sales team to deliver exceptional service and hit personal targets
- Offer guidance and direction to the sales team to assist with development and ensure KPIs are met
- Maintain strong visual standards across the store
- Assist with deliveries and the organization of the stock room
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent
Requirements
- Experience driving KPIs and sales targets within a retail environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience managing a team on the shop floor
- Ability to open and close the store
