About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service through teamwork and brand values
  • Support the Store Management team with daily tasks and store duties
  • Motivate and encourage the sales team to deliver exceptional service and hit personal targets
  • Provide guidance and direction to the sales team to assist with development and KPI achievement
  • Maintain strong visual standards across the store
  • Assist with deliveries and the organization of the stock room
  • Take responsibility for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail environment
  • Proven experience working to and driving KPIs and sales targets
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience managing a team on the shop floor
  • Ability to work a part-time schedule (16 hours split across 3 days, including evenings and weekends)
