About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service through teamwork and brand values
- Support the Store Management team with daily tasks and operational duties
- Motivate and encourage the sales team to deliver exceptional service and hit personal targets
- Provide guidance and direction to the sales team to assist with development and KPI achievement
- Maintain strong visual standards across the store
- Assist with deliveries and the organization of the stock room
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a retail environment
- Experience working towards and driving KPIs and sales targets
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience managing a team on the shop floor
- Passion for the Levi's brand and denim culture
