About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service through teamwork and living brand values
  • Support the Store Management team with daily tasks and operational duties
  • Motivate, support, and encourage the sales team to hit personal targets and deliver exceptional service
  • Provide guidance and direction to the sales team to assist with development and ensure KPIs are met
  • Maintain strong visual standards across the store
  • Assist with deliveries and the organization of the stock room
  • Take responsibility for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail environment
  • Experience driving KPIs and hitting sales targets
  • Experience managing a team on the shop floor
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work weekends is mandatory
