Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
• Actively engage with customers to understand needs and offer product recommendations
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
• Support management with store opening and closing procedures
• Stay informed about current products, trends, and promotions
• Support visual merchandising and maintain store standards
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Support inventory management and stockroom organization
• Replenish shop floor stock as necessary

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Interest in fashion
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive activities
• Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and use stepping stools
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Spanish speaker preferred
