About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote an engaging and positive work environment that fosters teamwork
- Ensure sales associates provide best-in-class customer service to drive sales
- Process customer transactions accurately using retail technology
- Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines
- Resolve customer service issues and escalate to management as needed
- Assist with daily opening and closing operations
- Manage stockroom organization and process incoming/outgoing shipments
- Support Store Manager in all retail store operations
Requirements
- Retail management or service industry management experience
- Passion for people development and customer experiences
- Self-motivated with exceptional communication skills
- High degree of flexibility and initiative
- Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays
