Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and engage with clients to meet service goals
• Ensure smooth store operations by adhering to policies and merchandising standards
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, creative, and operations teams
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with staffing, inventory, and visual displays
• Maintain fastidious attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Retail management or service industry management experience
• Passion for people development and customer experiences
• Self-motivated with exceptional communication skills
• High degree of flexibility and initiative
• Experience working with diverse teams and backgrounds
