Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor and engage with clients to meet service goals
- Ensure smooth store operations by adhering to policies and merchandising standards
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, creative, and operations teams
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with staffing, inventory, and visual displays
- Maintain fastidious attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
