Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following documented procedures and checklists
• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are completed and goals are achieved in the absence of management
• Manage the sales floor to drive sales, address guest concerns, and coach employees
• Execute lead cashier responsibilities including returns, exchanges, and check approvals
• Oversee merchandising, replenishment, and store cleanliness standards
• Manage financial procedures, including reconciling deposit slips and spreadsheets
• Ensure all company policies and operational standards are consistently followed

Requirements

• Minimum one year of retail experience
• Proven track record in driving sales, profit, and people development
• Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis
• Ability to lift over 30 pounds
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours during scheduled shifts
• High school education or equivalent preferred
