Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming in-store environment while maintaining visual standards
• Maintain an effective clientele book and cater to the local demographic
• Communicate product assortment details to current and new clients
• Handle transfers, vendor returns, and RTVs
• Manage weekly bank deposits and cash reconciliation
• Assist with opening and closing the store on a rotational basis

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to use effective selling techniques
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Suite
• Ability to lift and move at least 40lbs
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, overnights, and weekends
