Responsibilities
- Create a warm and welcoming in-store environment while maintaining visual standards
- Maintain an effective clientele book and cater to the local demographic
- Communicate product assortment details to current and new clients
- Handle transfers, vendor returns, and RTVs
- Manage weekly bank deposits and cash reconciliation
- Assist with opening and closing the store on a rotational basis
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to use effective selling techniques
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to lift and move at least 40lbs
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, overnights, and weekends
