Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class, exceptional customer service to every person
- Create personalized and memorable experiences to drive community and connection
- Take accountability for the success of in-store processes and operations
- Meet individual KPI expectations and sales goals
- Lead, support, and guide a team of retail associates
- Assist with onboarding and training new hires
- Coach and provide feedback to team members to support development
- Partner with store management on marketing events and programming
Requirements
- Experience as a retail, customer service, or hospitality leader
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Strong collaboration and people skills
- Ability to pull, push, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand on feet for extended periods
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed
- Availability to work specific shifts including Fridays, Sundays, and Saturdays
