Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class, exceptional customer service to every person
• Create personalized and memorable experiences to drive community and connection
• Take accountability for the success of in-store processes and operations
• Meet individual KPI expectations and sales goals
• Lead, support, and guide a team of retail associates
• Assist with onboarding and training new hires
• Coach and provide feedback to team members to support development
• Partner with store management on marketing events and programming

Requirements

• Experience as a retail, customer service, or hospitality leader
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Strong collaboration and people skills
• Ability to pull, push, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed
• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week, including weekends and specific shifts
