Responsibilities
- Administer and configure the warehouse management system (WMS)
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and master data
- Optimize warehouse locations, structures, and product data
- Perform stock controls, inventory support, and generate reports
- Support operational colleagues and conduct user training
- Test system adjustments and maintain system documentation
- Analyze and optimize warehouse processes and workflows
Requirements
- High IT affinity
- Several years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Commercial training, IT qualification, or a relevant degree
- Team-oriented mindset
- Fluency in German and English
