Key User - FPD-Standard Orders - D365

Responsibilities

• Review and cleanse existing master data to ensure accuracy within the D365 system
• Map existing order-to-cash processes, including service operations and inventory management
• Design ERP processes for parts inventory, planning, material procurement, and order processing
• Support the integration of existing system tools (e.g., One Service, Discount tool) with the ERP
• Execute cutover order migration tasks and reconcile pre-migration vs. post-migration records
• Perform testing and quality assurance by executing test scripts (unit, integration, UAT)
• Investigate and resolve order exceptions such as pricing mismatches or inventory holds
• Document order processing procedures, step-by-step guides, and SOPs
• Provide training to end users on order-entry best practices and system changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 3–6+ years of relevant experience in Order Handling
• Hands-on experience across ERP domains
