Key User - D365

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for D365 in Logistics (Delivery, Domestic, Export Dispatch), Warehouse (Inbound, Outbound, Indirect Purchase), and Taxation (GST, E-Way Bill, Custom)
• Support site roll-out by defining and testing business scenarios and ensuring local processes align with global standards
• Drive local data cleansing and migration from legacy systems (Movex) to ensure data coherence
• Support and train local users in D365 and act as the first level of support post-go-live
• Serve as a Local Process Owner, interfacing with the Local Steering Committee and managing change management efforts
• Ensure local processes meet OneERP standards and local legal requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Despatch, GST Taxation, and Warehouse functions
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of RTO and Custom Rules and Taxation
• Proficiency in business processes and methodologies related to the functional area

Preferred Qualifications

• Awareness or exposure to D365 or other large-scale ERP implementations
• Experience with program management or large-scale IT transformation projects
• Knowledge of ALPS
