Key User - Configured Orders - D365

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed review and cleansing of existing master data
• Map existing processes from order to cash, including service operations and inventory management
• Design ERP processes for parts inventory, planning, material procurement, and order processing
• Support the integration of existing system tools (e.g., One Service, Discount tool) with the ERP
• Execute cutover order migration tasks and reconcile pre-migration vs post-migration records
• Participate in go-live activities, monitor order queues, and escalate critical issues
• Execute test scripts (unit, integration, UAT) and verify end-to-end order flows
• Investigate and resolve order exceptions such as pricing mismatches or inventory holds
• Document order processing procedures, SOPs, and step-by-step guides
• Provide training to end users on order-entry best practices and system changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 3–6+ years of relevant experience in Order Handling
• Hands-on experience across ERP domains
