Key User - Configured Orders - D365

Responsibilities

• Design and map ERP processes for order-to-cash, including service operations, inventory management, and material procurement.
• Perform detailed review and cleansing of existing master data to ensure system integrity.
• Support the integration of existing system tools (e.g., One Service, Discount tool) with D365.
• Execute testing and quality assurance, including unit, integration, and UAT test scripts for order-related scenarios.
• Provide Go-Live support, including cutover order migration, monitoring queues, and resolving critical issues.
• Investigate and troubleshoot order exceptions such as pricing mismatches, validation errors, and inventory holds.
• Document order processing procedures, step-by-step guides, and SOPs for the stabilized state.
• Train end users on order-entry best practices and system changes during hypercare.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of relevant experience in Order Handling.
• Hands-on experience across ERP domains.
