Key Supply Post Order Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all post-order activities for critical supplies to ensure safety, schedule, quality, and budget compliance.
• Act as the primary focal point and company representative for vendors regarding complex Purchase Orders.
• Manage contractual aspects and multidisciplinary coordination, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and erection activities.
• Coordinate closely with Project Procurement, Engineering, Control, Contract, and Site Managers to ensure project uniformity.
• Mitigate technical and schedule risks associated with high-value and complex contractual clauses.

Requirements

• University Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 18 years of relevant experience in large-scale oil & gas plants or EPC projects.
• Strong management and problem-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and a team-oriented approach to performance.
