Key Supplier Contract Manager (KSCM)

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer key or critical supplier and subcontractor agreements to safeguard company interests.
• Coordinate with project contract managers and teams to ensure alignment during project execution.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and opportunities related to key suppliers.
• Manage claims by building defensive and offensive files and coordinating with financial managers.
• Lead the preparation of claim strategies, settlement agreements, and change orders.
• Drive supplier performance and lead the resolution of potential disputes or crises.
• Provide contract management training and awareness to procurement and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with contract management instructions, tools, and processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law, Engineering, Business, Economics, or Purchasing/Sourcing.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in contract or subcontract management.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and commercial law.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including databases and inventory systems.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to travel regularly across multiple sites in France.
• Ability to understand financial reports and technical requirements.
