Key Supplier Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively work with Project and Procurement teams to identify risks and protect project profitability
• Guide Procurement on ensuring supplier compliance with contractual obligations and preserving Alstom’s rights
• Provide contractual guidance and expertise on complex supplier-related issues and requirement interpretations
• Manage critical claims for cost recovery and other remedies in cases of contractual breach
• Define and implement claim strategies in collaboration with Project and Sourcing teams
• Coordinate the construction of defensive and offensive claim files to support successful project execution

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Engineering, or Finance
• Knowledge of Contract Management principles and practices
• Proactive and structured working style
• Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship-building and teamwork
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• French language proficiency
• Experience with Target Price methodologies
• Familiarity with complex, multi-stakeholder projects
