Key Operator/Bakery (Nights)

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned bakery production lines to meet production targets
• Ensure all machinery is clean, organized, and operating according to standard operating procedures
• Drive the production process to ensure products meet customer specifications for quality and food safety
• Maintain impeccable hygiene standards and follow "clean as you go" principles
• Perform effective handovers with maintenance teams and incoming shifts, reporting all faults and issues
• Adhere to all health and safety requirements to maintain a positive safety culture on the line
• Monitor machine parameters and troubleshoot issues to minimize waste and downtime

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules, including night shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of related manufacturing or bakery experience
