Key Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned production machinery to meet daily production targets
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications, quality, and food safety standards
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain impeccable hygiene and GMP standards
• Perform "clean as you go" practices to maintain an organized and safe workspace
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure effective handovers with maintenance and next shifts
• Adhere to all health and safety requirements to maintain a positive safety culture
• Monitor machine parameters and use user manuals to ensure proper equipment operation

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work night shifts and varying schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of related manufacturing or production experience
