Key Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned production lines to achieve manufacturing targets
• Ensure machines are clean, organized, and operating according to standard operating procedures
• Drive the production process to meet customer specifications, quality, and food safety standards
• Perform effective handovers with maintenance teams and incoming shifts, reporting all faults and issues
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards, following "clean as you go" principles
• Monitor machine parameters and troubleshoot issues to minimize waste and downtime
• Communicate effectively with the entire team to ensure smooth production flow

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, humidity, and allergens

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of related manufacturing or production experience
