Key Leader OPS

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the salesfloor, providing coaching and mentorship to Educators to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee retail floor operations, including managing salesfloor coverage and maintaining product presentation standards.
• Drive business results by reviewing key performance indicators and metrics to prioritize daily tasks and adjustments.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company checklists.
• Resolve guest feedback and escalations to ensure a positive and seamless shopping experience.
• Support team development through direct feedback, recognition, and career path guidance.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store using your own transportation methods.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move through the store for most of a shift and lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or sales leadership role.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
