Key Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to Educators to support their professional development.
• Oversee retail floor operations, including planning coverage and managing product presentation to maintain luxury standards.
• Facilitate an outstanding guest experience by assessing needs, providing technical product education, and resolving concerns.
• Utilize business data and key performance indicators to prioritize tasks and make effective operational decisions.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company checklists.
• Support community engagement by informing guests of local programs and assisting with local initiatives.

Requirements

• Legal eligibility to work in the jurisdiction of the assigned store.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Ability to remain mobile and move through the store for most of a shift to assist guests and complete tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School or Secondary School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in retail or sales.
