Key Leader

Responsibilities

• Support the learning and development of team members through coaching, mentoring, and direct feedback
• Lead salesfloor operations, including planning coverage and making real-time decisions to ensure efficiency
• Facilitate an outstanding guest experience by assessing needs and providing technical product education
• Manage store opening and closing procedures according to established checklists
• Oversee product presentation, restocking, and maintaining a luxury store environment
• Utilize business metrics and KPIs to prioritize tasks and evaluate progress toward goals
• Resolve guest feedback and address concerns to ensure a positive brand experience

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in Mexico
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to travel to the assigned store using your own transportation
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with bright lights and loud music

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in retail or sales leadership
