Key Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the salesfloor, providing coaching and mentorship to Educators to drive team development.
• Facilitate an exceptional guest experience by assessing needs, providing technical product education, and resolving concerns.
• Oversee daily retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, product presentation, and inventory replenishment.
• Utilize business metrics and KPIs to prioritize tasks and make informed operational decisions.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and organized store environment through effective task delegation and adherence to safety policies.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store location.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain mobile on the salesfloor for most of a shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or sales leadership role.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
