Key Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the salesfloor, providing coaching and mentorship to Educators to drive sales and performance.
• Oversee retail floor operations, including managing coverage, product presentation, and inventory replenishment.
• Facilitate an exceptional guest experience by resolving concerns, providing technical product education, and supporting omnichannel programs.
• Utilize business metrics and KPIs to prioritize tasks and make informed operational decisions.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company checklists and safety policies.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in Ireland.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store using your own transportation methods.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move through the store for most of a shift and lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
