Key Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Drive store performance through exceptional customer experiences and daily sales achievement
• Manage opening and closing routines and maintain visual displays
• Utilize Point of Sale systems and ensure asset protection
• Maintain high levels of product knowledge and brand awareness

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
• Ability to work 12-16 hours per week, with increased hours during peak timeframes
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills
