Key Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a Floor Supervisor to ensure a quality in-store customer experience
• Provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Drive store performance through customer engagement and daily sales achievement
• Manage opening and closing routines and maintain visual displays
• Oversee register/Point of Sales use and asset protection protocols
• Demonstrate proactive thinking and strong attention to detail regarding store operations

Requirements

• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (typically 12-16 hours per week, increasing during peak seasons)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and maintain poise under pressure
