About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
- Drive store performance through exceptional customer experience and daily sales achievement
- Perform opening and closing routines and operate Point of Sale systems
- Fulfill OMNI Channel orders and maintain visual displays
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making and protect store assets through inventory control
- Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent
- 1 year of retail experience preferred
- Experience leading groups or teams preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain a strong customer focus and show initiative
