About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
  • Perform opening and closing routines and operate Point of Sale systems
  • Fulfill OMNI Channel orders and maintain visual displays
  • Drive store performance through exceptional customer experience and sales achievement
  • Protect store assets and perform inventory control
  • Analyze reporting to inform daily decision-making

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks while remaining detail-oriented
  • Energetic, outgoing, and assertive personality

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of retail experience
  • Experience leading groups or teams
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends
