About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
- Perform opening and closing routines and operate Point of Sale systems
- Fulfill OMNI Channel orders and maintain visual displays
- Drive store performance through exceptional customer experience and sales achievement
- Protect store assets and perform inventory control
- Analyze reporting to inform daily decision-making
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple tasks while remaining detail-oriented
- Energetic, outgoing, and assertive personality
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of retail experience
- Experience leading groups or teams
- Knowledge of current fashion trends
