Key Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a Floor Supervisor to provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Drive store performance through exceptional customer experiences and daily sales achievement
• Manage opening and closing routines and maintain visual displays
• Oversee register/Point of Sale use and ensure asset protection
• Utilize proactive thinking and attention to detail to ensure effective store operations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays
• Availability to work on certain holidays
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills
